DBJ as General contractors are capable and provide turnkey solutions involving d/b, procurement, design and product selection, submittals, local statutory approvals, execution of structural, civil, interior fit-outs and finishes.

DBJ services include MEP installation, retrofits, and replacement. Our array of works in MEP includes Mechanical system upgrades and supplemental air-conditioning, Mechanical and Plumbing installation, VFDs, Lighting retrofits, Power system upgrades, Plumbing equipment replacement, Piping installation, replacement, and upgrades. We also undertake works involving Cooling towers, Roof top equipment, boilers, Air-handler units, split packs, and OA units. We have completed several critical mechanical and electrical Installation Projects involving critical phasing as buildings remain occupied during the project duration. Standby equipment, temporary services were made available by us, round the clock while this major equipment underwent outages.

We have completed several projects requiring standards meeting NEC, ASHRAE and International Building Codes.

We are a professional Project Management firm, with experience that covers a wide variety of Project types, including – Office Buildings, UG Utilities, Warehouses, and other multi-purpose spaces. DBJ as project managers help the clients and owners complete their project within the time and budget. We bridge between all the different players of a Project and achieve efficient communication, document control, schedule control and cost control.

In addition, DBJ brings in value engineering, accountability, and systematic approach during all the phases of a project. We conduct due review of site conditions and prepare phasing schedules, cost and budget tracking, Project accounting, materials sourcing, procurement and logistics, Field quality control and Safety.

DBJ also offers back-office services to other Prime contractors for completing all Pre-construction, Execution, and closeout Submittals. In addition, we also prepare quantity take offs, product submittals, shop drawings, detailed and coordination drawings, RFIs, As-builts, proposal preparation, bid visits and project documentation. We can deploy skilled staffing both at remote and at project site location.
