Ravi Kumar Srinivasan is the founder and senior executive at DBJ Engineering. Commencing his career as a Junior Construction Engineer in the O&G industry, in a short stint Ravi, gathered abundant exposure to exhaustive construction methods and techniques before moving on to commercial building industry. Working for the contractors of US Federal agencies, Ravi moved up to become an adept business manager with international business acumen ranging from managing to delivering multiple construction d/b contracts. As an electrical engineer by vocation, he engaged in several complex upgrade projects of US building facilities. Since the inception of DBJ Engineering he is the managing Director responsible for the overall operation of this company. He is an Associate Professional of the Indian Green building council, PMP professional and an associate member of the ISEEE.
VS Laxmi is the head of corporate affairs of the organization; she comes with an IT background. Before moving into the corporate world, she gained her knowledge and experience working with several Edtech companies. As a Director, Head of the Corporate functions she is skilled in policy making, strategic planning and managing all the corporate responsibilities of the company. She collaborates and is actively responsible in the company’s mission and vision; processes and procedures for organizational and operational effectiveness; providing practical and creative inputs for new business initiatives. She has a track record in creating a long-term value to the organization.
Pawan Kumar is the Business Development Executive overseeing all the business acquisitions and contract deliveries for the company. He Participates in bid meetings, submits proposals, conducts business negotiations, and oversees all the contractual and statutory needs of the company. A Post graduate Electrical Engineer by discipline, he engaged in Project Management roles prior to joining DBJ. His knowledge in interpreting the project scope help the organization in completing the deliverables identified within the project boundaries. He builds rapport with the clients and collaborates with all the stake holders while ensuring the project goals and objectives are met. He is an associate member of IEEE.
